Israeli behind popular YouTube parody of Gadhafi's 'Zenga Zenga' song comes out with a new video of Netanyahu's Congress speech remixed to the song 'We No Speak Americano.'

The Israeli who was behind the popular YouTube spoof of embattled Libya leader Muammar Gadhafi rapping one of his Tripoli speeches, has come out with a new remix featuring Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu speaking to the U.S. Congress, called "Bi Bi Pro Americano."

31-year-old music journalist and producer Noy Alooshe remixed Netanyahu's speech to the tune of the popular remix of Yolanda Be Cool's "We No Speak Americano."
