Notice the interference with the sound? You can hear it in the entire video, aside from the times when it's drowned out by the launches. The volume of the interference seems to change with the orientation of the camera. There also seems to be various kinds of regularities within the interference. I'm guessing that the phased array radar, visible on the superstructure, is messing with the camera. Opinions?

@TheGlenn The Spy radar might be interfering. However, there are many different types of transmitters on the DDG's. It could be any number of things. The ship radiates on a wide range of different wavelengths. I'm not sure which wavelength would interfere with audio like that ... and you're right, it could very well be the Spy radar.

@TheGlenn Im sure its one or all of those things causing interference. Pretty damn strong radio coming out. I remember my VHS camcorder would lose tracking everytime a radar would sweep (NAS Oceana). Not sure which one caused it.
