Newly released CCTV video shows the moment a fiery gas explosion ripped through a Utah refinery earlier this month.
The U.S. Chemical Safety Board on Tuesday released the video and its preliminary findings of what led to the November 4th blast at the Silver Eagle Refinery in Woods Cross.
The blast damaged 10 homes but caused no serious injuries.
