Rio Grande Valley Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from El Salvador while assisting local law enforcement officers in Kingsville, Texas. Records checks revealed the subject was a member of the Mara Salvatrucha 13 (MS-13) gang, and had been previously removed from the United States.
Swanton Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Jamaica near North Hudson, New York. Records checks revealed the subject had an outstanding arrest warrant for attempted homicide in Ontario, Canada. At the time of his arrest, the subject made a false claim to United States citizenship and was in possession of both cocaine and ecstasy.
Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico near Douglas, Arizona. Records checks revealed the subject was a convicted sex offender in the state of Wyoming and had been previously removed from the United States.
Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico near Sasabe, Arizona. Records checks revealed the subject had a prior conviction for child molestation in the state of Washington and had been previously removed from the United States.

Blaine Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested a national of Mexico and an illegal alien from Mexico near Lynden, Washington. The two subjects were observed entering the United States illegally and subsequently encountered during a vehicle stop. A Border Patrol canine alerted to the vehicle and a search revealed 81.4 pounds of Ecstasy.
El Paso Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico near Columbus, New Mexico. Records checks revealed the subject had a prior conviction for sodomy and was a registered sex offender in the state of Arizona. The subject had also been previously removed from the United States.
Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico near Ajo, Arizona. Records checks revealed the subject had a prior conviction for aggravated sexual assault in the state of Illinois and had been previously removed from the United States.
Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico near Douglas, Arizona. Records checks revealed the subject had a prior conviction for indecency with a child/sexual contact in the state of Texas and had been previously removed from the United States.
Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents seized two firearms and a ballistic vest near Tubac, Arizona. The assault rifle, .357 magnum revolver, and body armor were discovered abandoned at a location frequented by illegal aliens attempting to circumvent a nearby traffic checkpoint.
Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents seized 159 pounds of marijuana, a 1994 Ford Ranger, and arrested a national of Mexico at the traffic checkpoint near Tubac, Arizona. The subject presented himself for inspection and a Border Patrol canine alerted to his vehicle. A scan using non-intrusive inspection technology revealed anomalies beneath the bed of the pickup. A physical search by agents revealed the marijuana.

Rio Grande Valley Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Guatemala near Premont, Texas. Records checks revealed the subject was an MS-13 gang member and had been previously removed from the United States.

El Centro Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico near Calexico, California. Records checks revealed the subject was a convicted sex offender who had been previously removed from the United States.
Rio Grande Valley Sector – Border Patrol agents rescued two civilians who drove their car into standing floodwater underneath an overpass near Brownsville, Texas. The vehicle submerged into the deepest part of the floodwater and the driver began screaming for help. An agent entered the water and pulled the driver and passenger out of the vehicle and dragged them to safety. Local fire and law enforcement officers responded shortly thereafter and provided medical treatment on the scene.
Rio Grande Valley Sector – Border Patrol agents seized 5,944 pounds of marijuana, a tractor-trailer, and arrested a USC at the traffic checkpoint near Falfurrias, Texas. The subject presented himself for inspection and a Border Patrol canine alerted to the trailer. A scan using non-intrusive inspection technology revealed anomalies in the trailer and a search by agents revealed the marijuana inside.
Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico near Amado, Texas. Records checks revealed the subject had prior convictions for driving under the influence and willful cruelty to a child by means of sexual penetration with a foreign object in the state of California. The subject had also been previously removed from the United States.
Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico near Three Points, Arizona. Records checks revealed the subject was a convicted sex offender in the state of California and had been previously removed from the United States.

El Centro Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico near Ocotillo, California. Records checks revealed the subject was a Sureño gang member with an extensive criminal history as an aggravated felon. The subject had also been previously removed from the United States.
Rio Grande Valley Sector – Border Patrol agents rescued an illegal alien from Mexico near Armstrong, Texas. With the assistance of a Customs and Border Protection Office of Air and Marine air asset, agents located the subject after she placed a 911 distress call.

Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested three illegal aliens and seized a loaded AK-47 rifle and a loaded Colt .38 caliber handgun near Three Points, Arizona. A concerned citizen reported suspicious individuals walking through a residential area carrying a rifle. Local law enforcement officials requested assistance, and a CBP air asset located the subjects. Agent on the ground apprehended the subjects and seized a backpack containing the weapons.
Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents seized a Ford van and arrested a USC and eight illegal aliens from Mexico near Green Valley, Arizona. An agent conducted a vehicle stop on the van being driven by the USC, when all nine subjects attempted to abscond. The USC resisted arrest and the agent deployed Border Patrol-issued oleoresin capsicum spray to subdue him. Agents then searched the area and located the eight passengers who absconded from the vehicle.

El Paso Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico near El Paso, Texas. During processing, the subject admitted to being a Sureño gang member. Records checks revealed he had a prior conviction for domestic violence and had been previously removed from the United States.
Rio Grande Valley Sector – A Border Patrol agent assisted a civilian in extinguishing a fire at an apartment complex near Brownville, Texas. The civilian flagged the agent down at the scene of the fire and asked for assistance. The agent retrieved his fire extinguisher from his Border Patrol vehicle and prevented the fire from spreading.
Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents seized a modified AK-47 with a loaded magazine and recovered three stolen vehicles near Ak Chin, Arizona. CBP air assets led agents to the vehicles.
Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico near Douglas, Arizona. Records checks revealed the subject had a prior conviction for sex with a minor in the state of California and had been previously removed from the United States.
Tucson Sector – Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico near Willcox, Arizona. Records checks revealed the subject had prior convictions for multiple counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14, as well as other sex offenses in the state of California. The subject had also been previously removed from the United States.
