On labor day the Dallas police were involved in a high-speed chase during a crackdown on drunk and aggressive drivers.
This dashcam vid shows a suspect, on parole, that stole a pick-up truck driving erratically and dangerous.
At the end of the chase the suspect jumped from the truck and flees.
Later the suspect was arrested and taken into custody.
He confessed to smoking crack cocaine and stealing the truck.
