  • TV Licensing - you have to pay to watch TV in the UK on top of your cable subscriptions? Rip off Britain or what?

How many fathers would have let another person walk away after catching them filming their children in their homes for whatever 'legit' reason?

    • @2cr51

If the claim were true a simple phone call made to the police all hell would hve been let loose.

However the maker of this video had one hand on his willy all the time.

      Yes he's a wanker.

  • I would like to see the resulting prosecution.

"Check if you need a TV Licence

You need to be covered by a valid TV Licence if you watch or record TV as it's being broadcast. This includes the use of devices such as a computer, laptop, mobile phone or DVD/video recorder."

  • No wonder the Father is annoyed, he was hoping for exclusive rights for the films of his daughter on the paedophilia sites.

    • @b0ldfart illiterate with anger managment LOL..ha ha ha

worlds better than an anonymous internet cunt like you with acute paedophilia, really how can you trust yourself around young kids? have you got your own and do you look at them this way..abused as a kid yourself was you?

you say that sort of shit around parents you would find out what anger mismanagement is by getting your little head caved in pretty quick

  • I expect the old boy in the van was thinking £10 an hour pay wasn't worth the hassle. He is not a perv in my opinion, just misguided.
The repetitive guy is an arsehole who makes watching TV more expensive for the rest of us.

  • So there is no evidence this happened, only an abusive man who has been caught without a licence.

  • Can someone from across the pond explain to us Yanks what this TV licensing police are all about, please?

    • @Lt_Col_ in england, you have to pay £145.50 a year to watch the "bbc" channels. the rest are covered by hurendous ammounts of annoying adverts. people who decide not to pay their tv licence are herassed by the BBC's revenue collectors. i hardley watch tv, espeshley the bbc, they are very selective on what they put on the news.

  • That's just ridiculous. If they want to fund it out of taxpayer money, then they should do so. This separate fee system is stupid. How much money do they waste on paying these people to drive around looking for tv's through windows? Then how much more on collection services and people to process and all the little payments coming in? Just pay for it out of the general fund and leave people alone.
