    • @2cr51

If the claim were true a simple phone call made to the police all hell would hve been let loose.

However the maker of this video had one hand on his willy all the time.

      Yes he's a wanker.

"Check if you need a TV Licence

You need to be covered by a valid TV Licence if you watch or record TV as it's being broadcast. This includes the use of devices such as a computer, laptop, mobile phone or DVD/video recorder."

  • No wonder the Father is annoyed, he was hoping for exclusive rights for the films of his daughter on the paedophilia sites.

    • @b0ldfart illiterate with anger managment LOL..ha ha ha

worlds better than an anonymous internet cunt like you with acute paedophilia, really how can you trust yourself around young kids? have you got your own and do you look at them this way..abused as a kid yourself was you?

you say that sort of shit around parents you would find out what anger mismanagement is by getting your little head caved in pretty quick

  • I expect the old boy in the van was thinking £10 an hour pay wasn't worth the hassle. He is not a perv in my opinion, just misguided.
The repetitive guy is an arsehole who makes watching TV more expensive for the rest of us.

  • So there is no evidence this happened, only an abusive man who has been caught without a licence.

    • @Lt_Col_ in england, you have to pay £145.50 a year to watch the "bbc" channels. the rest are covered by hurendous ammounts of annoying adverts. people who decide not to pay their tv licence are herassed by the BBC's revenue collectors. i hardley watch tv, espeshley the bbc, they are very selective on what they put on the news.

  • That's just ridiculous. If they want to fund it out of taxpayer money, then they should do so. This separate fee system is stupid. How much money do they waste on paying these people to drive around looking for tv's through windows? Then how much more on collection services and people to process and all the little payments coming in? Just pay for it out of the general fund and leave people alone.

  • I had no idea this stuff went on but you learn everyday. So you have to pay a $200 tax if you watch tv? And if you don't pay they send guys to your home to catch you watching live TV and not a dvd? Socialism...yeesh...

    • @bigpoppakahn I like BBC. ... "sustained by massive government debt and spending." Uhh, some think that's also socialism. As far as the other stuff you wrote...mostly true. My wifes' father spent 2 years in a prison camp in Cuba, living on a handful of rice per day (as much as he could hold in one hand). (He was a doctor) When he came here he wouldn't take a dime of public assistance. I have lots of friends who have gone to Cuba. Nice beaches and classic cars...

  • I can understand the father being angry, if it were my daughter I would have taken a baseball bat to them. He needs to hit whatever firm is responsible for filming his daughter with a freedom of information request to see exactly what they have been filming.

Granada news might also be interested in an anti-BBC licencing story.

  • TV License. That's the problem that caused many other problems.

Do they have a radio license too? If not, does a blind man have to pay the TV license? Its a "radio" to him.

Is there a "Smart Phone" license there, when you watch TV on your phone?

    • @kiska

In the UK every household with a TV has to have a licence in order to watch shite
Some shite is only available via cable or satelite ... so you have to pay a subscription for that shite as well as a licence
Even then, some shite is "pay-for view" ... so you have to have a TV licence a subscription AND still pay extra
The TV Licencing Authority know which house holds have no licence ... and if they find you have a telly you get a big fine even though you may have a cable subscr More..

    • @kiska Don't you think it's rather simple. The BBC were carrying out surveillance on his house and filming his 9yr old daughters bedroom
