Man crashes his mother's SUV into a County Jail's booking area

Spokane Police say a man who drove a car into a Spokane County Jail garage had stolen his mother's car.

Officers say Dustin Leeds, 31, drove the car into the parking lot of the Spokane County Courthouse Sunday, then over a curb and onto the sidewalk, avoiding barricades to prevent unauthorized traffic.
