Surveillance Video Captures San Bruno Explosion, Fireball
This item updates item 'Raw; Moments after San Bruno Blast'
At a gas station in San Bruno, a surveillance video caught
Thursday's natural gas explosion and fire on film. "You can see one man getting ready to fill up his car when something catches his attention," notes NBC Bay Area, who first aired the footage. "That something was a huge fireball caused by an explosion of a 30-inch pipe."
While there's no sound on the film, "people said there was a deafening whooshing noise that reminded them of a jet engine."

It's California, they'll probably pass a law now making it illegal to burn to death in gas explosions

You can actually see the fuel vapor in the air before it ignites.

The difference between 90% of the human population and those that are in the military, police and fire department is that the later runs away from the fire but the other three run towards it.
