No No dude - you don't get it..
In Canada - we don't rush to the courts to sue someone right away.
Then me saying "Act of God" - you need to look that up - it's a LAW that insurance companies go by. Staples won't be sued nor will it pay any damages.

@chronecro Calling something an act of god has nothing to do with any concept of god, other then there being no one to sue, no fault, ect. It is just a term insurance co's use to get out of paying for every dumb fuck that gets blown up by lightning on store property or in this case, killed by wind picking up a large sign,
