We wouldn't want to offend anybody, would we? Can't get one simple, straight answer about a simple question. That anybody watching this would answer in 5 seconds. "ARE WE AT WAR WITH ISLAM? No idea, then is ISLAM at WAR WITH US? Nope, can't answer that either...how about this, do you l More..

  • LMAO!!!!! WHat a tool this guy sounds like, is almost like if he's reading a script. He's being trained good by his political correct teachers and ideologues.

This is the problem with this administration and other previous, they fail to recognize the true problem, for fear of sounding to improper.

  • Is Paul Stockton assistant secretary to the Department of Defense or Department of Homeland Security? Im confused with 'homeland defense', is that a branch of one of the above two?

    • @bs2502 Homeland security and the US DOD are seperate governmental organizations. Until now there wasn't supposed to be any over-lap. That's what the gov is trying to change, by making provisions to use American military for domestic emergencies. But every state already has a national guard for that. So the answer to your question is to wait two weeks and see what they change again?

  • Has Congress declared war on "violent Islamist extremism"? No they haven't. Too bad Dan doesn't know that, since he's a congressman.

    • @nrdesieyes technically, congress hasn't declared war on anyone, the president has done so, which according to the constitution is illegal.

    • @Eva_Destruction yup, i am familiar. it states that the president can invoke its use when "a national emergency is created by attack upon the United States, its territories or possessions, or its armed forces."

So which of the country's that bush invoked the war powers resolution to go to war with actually attacked us as a soveriegn nation? ZERO.
