Crews blast a route 28 hillside in an attempt to stabilize it
Blasting along Route 28 in Harmar Township went off without a hitch this morning.
At 8 a.m. yesterday, PennDOT crews blasted the hillside in an attempt to stabilize it.
Both northbound and southbound lanes have been reopened.
