I'm not sure but I don't think he gets residuals for voice-over work... MGS could sell a billion copies and he probably won't see another cent over his original paycheck.
A single small role in a major film that has a cult following can mean millions of dollars in residuals over an actor's lifetime.
That has nothing to do with his abilities as an actor of course... but I bet he loves those residual checks that show up every three months.

I'm a cracker and I think it's funny. Saw one a few years ago that was in Yiddish and English. Didn't have any racial overtones, but ethnic ones for sure, that I remember. Just a bunch of crazy Yiddish stuff. Fortunately, I had an expert interpreter who was laughing his @ss off too.

I saw him for the first time in a small bar in Wichita Falls Texas.
