Graphic Crash Awareness Campaign.
In South Africa we have a large number of fatal road accidents. A New educational campaign has been released.
Government released the following statement, "Real crashes captured on the Western Cape CCTV surveillance network. Releasing these was a very difficult decision. But this is the reality of what is happening on our roads."

Yeah this is a repost but even still I would be PISSED OFF if the government was using my family member's death in an ad campaign like this. I mean WTF is there no sensitivity to the families of these people??

Thanks seems like common sense to me, but maybe they have different cultural norms in S.A.

@Blklight Maybe, just maybe, the family was asked permission and they granted it so the death of their family member could serve a purpose/good cause...

That is also a possibility. If it was me I would never give that permission seeing my loved one dying on the freeway over and over again would not be something I would want to see. But hey you could be right!

I wish the US would show this stuff. I think a lot of people would be more careful when they see the real deal. Numbers aren't going to convince someone to be careful.
