The Trijicon ACOG TA01NSN 4x32 was developed for the U.S. Special Operations Forces and is commonly found on the M4 carbine. If the FSA isn't using chinese toy copies, it is plausible that this is American made equipment passed to the fighters by the U.S. or allies.[1]

Special Operations Peculiar MODification[2]

UPDATE: Indeed there are Chinese copies of the TA01NSN on the market, normally used by civillian shooters and "Air Soft" players, that come close to the ACOGS exterior appeareance. These are very cheap plastic copies (~50-100$) and should not be very useful in combat.
