"Good Kid" opens fire into a crowd of people injuring two at July 4 celebration

Bond has now been set at $100,000 for the only suspect arrested in connection with the Fourth of July shooting on the levee.

Police say 18-year-old Devin Deon Collins will be charged with two counts of attempted first degree murder, illegal use of a weapon and illegal carrying of a weapon.

Collins turned himself over to authorities Friday afternoon. He reamins in the East Baton Rouge Parish Jail. However, Baton Rouge Police do not believe he was the lone shooter.

Police say they're still looking for a suspect running away from a security camera that captured the whole incident on camera. Police say they found a gun near where Collins was hiding.

The 16-year-old girl and 21-year-old man shot by the levee remain in the hosptial. Both could be paralyzed for life beacause of their injuries.
