Germans had some incredible innovation, in fact most of America's modern technological achievements owe their roots to German engineering post WW2. Thousands of Nazi scientists were put on the US payroll after the war and if it wasn't for things like the V2 rocket, the US would never have won the space race (if you believe the moon landing was real of course!)

Much of the equipment Germany researched could have changed the outcome of the war. Most of it came just a bit late and didn't have the effect it could have had earlier. Can anyone imagine the havoc these planes could have caused on D-Day?
