  • The comments here are pretty hilarious. Do you people even KNOW what emo means? It has nothing to do with this band, that singer, or their fans.
    This is from the mid 80s - nor was this "appealing to the masses" like one poster said. Skinny Puppy was one of the (not THE) orig industrial bands and in the 80s they werent even known by the "masses".       I'm going to disagree with the title of ' best post on LL ' because while he informed us that we don't know what 'emo' means, he did not clarify the meaning to educate us LL'rs. All he did was give us a history on industrial banks totally sidestepping the initial comment.
