Moncton Fire and N.B. Ambulance were on scene of a 2 vehicle accident around 10:40 A.M. this morning on Connaught & MacBeath close to the Moncton Hospital. Firefighters and Paramedics were inside one of the vehicles holding the drivers neck as her husband (a Riverview Firefighter) arrives on scene. A Female in her 50’s was back boarded and transported to hospital with chest, neck and back pain. Traffic was tied up in all directions and Codiac R.C.M.P. arrived 20 minutes later and blocked off the east bound lane of traffic on Connaught Ave. Road conditions were dry at the time of the collision.
