The poverty-stricken western district, known as Kenya's sorcery belt, has seen an increase in mob attacks on individuals and even killings. The poor and elderly in particular are being targeted. Three months ago, a group of youths tortured five suspected witches before setting them on fire.

by saying thing like "killings are based on accusation without proof" they imply that it would be a legitimate attack if only it could be proved, "burning of supposed witches is not an answer to sorcery" as opposed to burning real witches or is it just the wrong approach to sorcery?
i highly doubt they would ever do (nor should they do) a piece about a fanatical settler, from his POV of things.
