7 People have been injured,one undergoing surgery after a homemade bomb,placed in a dumpster, exploded outside a policestation in Istanbull late tuesday.

The bomb itself was determined a to be of a type which makes "more sound than damage". Noone has claimed responsibility yet, but Turkish police and goverments suspect Iraqi-Kurds and members of the PKK organization, which has been been under attack by turkish airraids and incursions.
