Watch as he sticks his arms through the partition dividing the front and back
seats.

He opens it up a bit, dives head first into the driver's seat, then gets out
through the door.

The suspect managed his escape as the officer who placed him in the car, spoke
with another policeman at the scene.

It took Cincinnati, Ohio police four days to capture the escapee.

Authorities say they are reviewing the incident, which happened in August, to
determine if they need to make any procedural change
