The Fatal Last Dive of David Shaw

David Shaw's death was caught on video during his attempted recovery of the body of diver Deon Dreyer in Bushman's Hole, South Africa in 2005. Deon Dreyer had died there more than a decade earlier. Both bodies were eventually recovered.
