      • @Ace25 They're too lenient, I would have asked that this officer be demoted to desk duty for the rest of his career. He a menace to people who try to save lives. In such instances, his job is to make sure all approaching motorists slow down to safe speeds and steer clear of the accident scene... and not meddle with the extraction team.

      Officer Greeves was probably "greeving" after he was held personally responsible for arrest without probable cause, and found liable in court for $7,500 damages plus $10,000 punitive:

    • There's been a few of these vids pop up. They say that cop was a veteran but I have to question that. Standard operating procedures dictate creating a safety buffer between first responders and traffic. In this case, a Pumper loaded down with 750 or more gallons of water is one hell of a buffer. Betcha there's some history between this cop and the firefighters on-scene.
      How did this end up? Anyone know?

    • One of the few times I'll say this, but that cop was a power hungry asshole.

      We're a team on scene. Drank a little too much to look into the story tonight, so I hope the officer got his and the chief was released.

    • What a fuckwit of a cop...the emergency services are there to do just that provide emergency service and shouldnt be impeeded by some jumped up cop, The cops duty is to slow the traffic and make sure that no other accidents are caused by this accident and to ensure the emergency response team can do there job safely...
