We don't know long the camera car was following and possibly harassing the other car.
But stopping on the highway tops it off. No excuse there. Maybe there will be rear view cameras in Russia soon, too.

this guy wasn't even tailgating him. really though when someone is tailgating you, rather than stopping on a highway fast lane is you use your windshield washer fluid and it blows back on the cars windshield behind you.

yeah I agree but in general, use your windshield fluid. what pisses me off the most is when people drive side by side rather than just going in the same lane. I usually drive in the middle of the two lanes until one of them gets the point.

I saw two idiots in this video. The driver in front who stopped and stepped out of the car. The other more stupid idiot is the rear driver who got out to give the front driver a piece of his mind after the initial crash. He is in more danger if another car crashes from behind. Why doesn't he just change lane and pass. I don't understand the mentality of people tailgate if you can pass by changing lane. Idiots.

@nexuspal that guy in the car in the front has a short fuse, but the video poster doesnt show what lead to it, plus the wide angle lenses on these cameras make it feel like the subject ahead is further away than it actually is. Try it.

There was about one minute video that I cut out, as nothing special happened. The camera car was no closer to the car in front.
But had I left it there, all the whiners suffering from short attention span syndrome would've cried bloody murder for being "forced to watch" it.... ;)
