shots at Nankani - but only one bullet struck him and he lived.The Old Bailey found Nankani guilty by an 11-1 majority last week.

On the night of the attack he had been downing champagne as well as brandy
and coke, the court heard. He was at twice the drink-driving limit.He
had been thrown out of the club after a row in which he was accused of
stepping on Mr Johnson's toe. He then waited outside the club with his
friends for Mr Johnson.Judge Stephen Kramer told Croydon man
Nankani: "What you did must have involved a degree of premeditation. It
was a targeted revenge attack on a crowded public street when people
were leaving the club to go home."McPherson, 28, from Sydenham, London, was convicted of attempted murder. He will be sentenced on September 10.
