A security camera video was leaked on the 6th of February 2008 showing bouncers attacking and beating various patrons of the Barracuda Club in Kemerovo, Russia.
This incident has now starting making waves throughout Russia, with claims that the bouncers are often linked to members of various local militia, hence no charges are ever investigated and nobody ever prosecuted.

bouncers over here in California are sometimes connected with organized crime as well -- or gangs and what not
they like to stand there and look tough and all high and mighty at the bars and clubs. and what can you do but give them deference -- if you get in a fight with one you get in a fight with the others. there's no use.
but sometimes bouncers are the targets of reprisals. fairness and temerity go much further than fear and arrogance.
