The source says this airs on Yemeni Houthi Channel Al-Masirah TV. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be a public service announcement or what, but it looks pretty cheesy. Perhaps a Saturday-morning cartoon for the kids? The source, the Middle East Research Institute (MEMRI), monitors many Arab TV channels and translates clips, adding English subtitles. This one was intercepted in Lebanon.
