  • Well that is how things work. You warn people to change their ways. You put a warrant out and let people handle their affairs civily and if they don't it is justification to use force if needed. I don't know if it is a good thing but isn't it better than just killing everyone there? THis at least gives them a chance for reform. A chance for the Iranian people to distance themselves from the offending party or help reform it.
