US Seeks to Justify Crimes through Blacklisting IRGC

TEHRAN (Fars News Agency)- The United States seeks different excuses and devises various plots, including the blacklisting of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps as a terrorist group, in order to justify its crimes in Iraq, said commander of the Basij force (volunteer troops affiliated to the IRGC).

Well that is how things work. You warn people to change their ways. You put a warrant out and let people handle their affairs civily and if they don't it is justification to use force if needed. I don't know if it is a good thing but isn't it better than just killing everyone there? THis at least gives them a chance for reform. A chance for the Iranian people to distance themselves from the offending party or help reform it.
