4 scooter riders and a pedestrian were injured when a Honda Civic driven by a drunk driver smashes through an intersection in the city of Nanning. After hitting two buses and a taxi, the driver then proceeds to run away but is caught by the traffic police. When tested, the driver had a blood alcohol content of 0.99mg/100ml.
