I went to 3 fast food restaurants after a BOIL ADVISORY was issued in our city. At Taco Bell and Wendy's I was told the water was NOT safe and the health department told them NOT to serve ANY WATER..

How ever when I went to McDonald's.. they told me their water was safe to drink????

How can a Major Corporation like McDonald's ignore a City issued advisory to Boil the Water or not serve it? McDonalds is creating a dangerous setting in our small town. Why have these warnings in place if McDonalds is just going to ignore it?

IRON MOUNTAIN -- The Iron Mountain Department of Public Works staff discovered a lock was intentionally cut on an access hatch on a municipal water storage tank today, according to City Manager Jordan Stanchina.

With this happening, the water system customers in Iron Mountain are advised to boil their drinking water and water used to prepare food for five minutes.
