Mar 20 - A French woman has been found dead two days after losing a courtroom battle for medical help to end her life.

The cause of cancer sufferer Chantal Sebire's death is not yet known but her battle to secure the right to assisted suicide sparked a heated debate throughout mainly-Catholic France on euthanasia.
