Does our government use Chemical Trails behind airplanes to modify the weather? Then explain this line across the sky.. These lines ONLY appear when other clouds are present. They don't appear on clear days, even with the high flying airplanes. The temperature doesn't seem to matter either, since they have been seen on hot or cold days in "Cloudy" weather..
