The tower is located one kilometer east of the Turkish border, http://wikimapia.org/#lat=35.8904596&lon=36.1864738&z=19&l=5&m=b .
Although no artillery impacts can be seen the attack happened after the Turkish Army started to support the rebels by shelling Syrian Army positions in the border region.
