Raw video,California,June 11/08:A driver argues with a cop about ID and ends up getting arrested....ridiculous.

TEXT FROM SOURCE:the video speaks for itself... my question,.. does an individual have the right to ask an agent of the state or revenue agent to show me his business card before I enter into agreement or contract with him? The prosecution in this case didn't want to find out and dropped the charges about the ID if I plead to the backing up violation

The man involved here also,according to the source was annoyed when the cop said his gun was valid ID.
