One the most outrageous comment coming out of the mouth of an "author" I've ever heard. Your book being "number one" in America doesn't mean it's a well-reasoned book. It means it is bought and read by people who can't think on their own. And since there are so many such people in America, your book made it to the top.

What a sick, paranoid propaganda author. A real danger for society.
