  • Ok im gonna be neutral on this one and share with you my point of view, and its no bbc documentary bullshit, no communist, socialist or capitalist bias..

Ive seen true satellite pictures from north korea, pyongyang is one of the few area lit-up at night, compare to south-korea and the area around , NK is a black spot but then again thats doesnt mean theres no electricity down there.... there just no ''pyongyang'' sized cities, only a bunch of small villages around that huge population concent More..

  • I bet Auschwitz prison camp looks better under moonlight with pretty music, too. The music was nice until that woman started screeching.

  • Yeah if you live in the city you have some modern amenities like electricity (for parts of the day) and running water but if you are in the countryside you are very well fucked.

true, but this is as good as it gets. this is the best NK has to offer. so by comparison - it's still the biggest shithold on the planet.

    • @Arti2Ne1 then show us something better from NK.
Or better yet, show us a single capital in the developed world that is worse off than pyongyang.
on night-time photos taken by satellies in orbit around the planet there are only a handfull of dark spots on the map, central Africa, the central planes of Asia, central Australia, the Amazon basin and North Korea. Everywhere else there is light.
And if you think those photos are fakes - they're not. The same can be seen by american, japanese and euro More..

  • nice and quite on the pavements and no pedestrians for such a big city with a fairground nearby.

It might be that everybody is on vacation to the US.
