  • One of the few places where Muslims aren't kiiling each other, or others.

  • Cool, the Old Arab Quarters of Jerusalem are beautiful...full of character...unlike the ugly, charmless suburbs built by Israel to the West

    • @ElegantDecline

Suburbs are usually charmless, in every big city in the world. You can't compare old city and new suburbs, not in any place over the world.
You could find also many ugly areas in all big Arab cities, so...?

The west part of Jerusalem (The city itself, not the sububrs) is also uniqe and lovely, with pretty old areas, from the 19 century.

Your first part of the comment was nice, your second part was a usual anti-Israel piece, showing your one sides admiration for the Arabs and to More..

    • @aydeo Not really, its just a point of fact that the old Palestinians parts of the town's are far more attractive than the unimaginative, concrete blocks that the Israelis and Settlers put up everywhere...

The Settlements are in fact an architectural crime as much as anything else...they blot the beautiful landscape of the West Bank Hills

You as always put your overly defensive, paranoid hat on and start complaining if someone points this out...

In your first comment you were talking about W.Jerusalem, not about the settlments.

Once more- You can't compare an old city with new places, it will be like comparing center of Paris with an avarege American suburb.
      Lame dude...

Of course the old city is lovely, so is any other old city every where.

Have you seen an avarge Arab/Palestinian town or city...?

And leave aside the "It's Israel fault", I'm talking about regular Arab towns in Arab countries, including i More..

  • Now show the Hanuka and Christmas services in muzzlim countries.
Christian's hanging dead on crosses don't count.

    • @BadNad Ok Ok lets correct it by saying, now show me Chanukah and Christmas services in Saudi Arabia. But regardless, the neighborhood does look beautiful.

    • @Servoxa So did you find any christian or jewish services in Saudi Arabia? You seem to have thumbed me down for it so I was just wondering if I was wrong in any way.

  • Looks like lots of fun! Ramadan Kareem!

They have this Almost Milk you cannot buy ANYWHERE but inside Jerusalem. It's so good, they sell it to you in the large water bottles by the liter. I had bought 2-large jugs before I left, they were gone by the next afternoon.

My mouth is now salivating at the thought of this. MMMMMmmmmmm.
