Sorry but the title is not correct. The paper being read at the end only gave permission to the people to use the vehicle in order for them to take part in a court hearing (everyone knows courts are a joke in Syria see Hitler's court system to get an idea). And you actually forgot to mention that one of those killed was a military officer and the female is registered in Assad's home village of Qurdaha. Well, I never said the west had a superior justice system. But I do know Syria's and the U.S. And from experiencing both, I can safely say that with all its faults, the U.S. at least gives you a shot in going to court. That in itself, if you want to compare the two, makes it superior, if you like.
