Burning man climbs out of car (Graphic) - Assasination of Rafiq Hariri Lebanon 05
Hariri was the Prime Minister of Lebanon from 1992 to 1998 and again from 2000 until his resignation, 20 October 2004. He was assassinated on 14 February 2005 when explosives equivalent to around 1000 kg of TNT were detonated as his motorcade drove past the St. George Hotel in the Lebanese capital, Beirut. 22 people also died...
I think the burning man in this vid (0:30) had been a security guard - i don't know if he survived, but it really doesn't looks good...

i dont care how bad of a person someone is, no one deserves a death of burning to death, that is a horrific death, the worst, if u get a little burn, u know how much it hurts, imagine ur whole body, and whats burning you dont go away, it keeps the heat on the burning flesh, i cant imagine, ide beg for death, RIP whoever u are

Apparently after some research, in Nicholas Blanfords book, The Killing of Mr. Lebanon, it points to this man as being a paramedic, Mazen Zahabi who later died from his injuries.
This isn't an absolute ID, but I think it's probable.
