I try to give the cops the benefit of doubt when it comes to violent situations as they have to deal with all sorts,but this video shows nothing less than cops over excessive force and murder.Even at the beginning of the video it appears Kelly only wanted to be left alone and not deal with the Fat cops harassment.I feel realy terrible about this guy.And his family too.
