Near the town of Gorokhovets on the M7, a tractor-trailer cuts the dashcam driver off and he ends up swerving into the oncoming lane, barely missing a head-on collision with another semi. Very lucky.

It seems headlights are off on the dashcam driver's car and that can be an issue concerning weather condition and all that shit, mud, water which come out from the under wheels limiting visibility.

Both at fault. The pedestrian car was going too fast and on top of that did not pay attention to the trucks blind spots, where he was clearly located. The truck driver is not excused either because he was making a lane change way too rapidly. Both should get smacked in the back of the head for driving irresponsibly and inconsiderately of other drivers on the road, and in this case, each other.
