A Libyan patrol boat approaches an absolutely packed boat heading toward the southern Italian island of Lampedusa.

From what I can understand, they make a feeble attempt at getting away. The Libyans are not sympathetic.

Subtitles:

The Libyans are making the most of this opportunity to look like they're doing their job.
