Thomas Woodsis an American historian and New York Times bestselling author. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in history from Columbia University. Thomas Woods supported Ron Paul in his 2008 bid. He served as a history department faculty member at Suffolk County Community College in New York until 2006, and is now resident scholar and senior faculty member of the Ludwig von Mises Institute, the premiere institute for the Austrian free-market school of economics.
