I've said it on similar posts; SIMPLE SOLUTION. Pack the 'eff up, NEVER TO RETURN, cease ALL diplomatic & humanitarian aid, and leave these CAVEMEN-BARBARIANS to fend for themselves. Within a generation or two, the MAJORITY of them will have KILLED & DESTROYED themselves, and THEN,...we can move in and build Disney's Desert Kingdom and turn this SHlTHOLE into a prospering, economic oasis!!
