  • Pretty interesting. 74% is totally unbelievable anyway,I don't know a single person who actually practices religion. In Scotland it just seems to be what football team you support that gives you your religion. That's why I'm an Atheist,it's all fucking stupid.

  • I really admire RDs work .. the world desperately needs to see religion for what it really is .. an evil means of controlling the "followers" .. mindless, shameful, hypocracy .. the stuff of war-mongers .. used to justify the worst acts of cruelty and violence against people .. the worst excesses of man's inhumanity to man ... and based primitive views and ignorance.

  • I agree Captain .. throughout human history there have been hundreds of different Gods, but with the advance of understanding of the natural world, one by one, most have been dropped and forgotten .. just one or two more to go and we will have arrived .. perhaps then we can work towards a world based on the universal laws of equality regardless of race or culture .. where spirituality is about humanity

  • you know, i don't always agree with his "sentiments", he's absolutely right about this. just like the whole "white people will be a minority in the USA". ONLY if you compare the population of ALL of the other "races" of people. by far, "whites" will still be the single largest demographic in the US.

    this last census was "supposed" to show that there are more mexicans in the houston area than whites. NOpe. not even close.

  • Very few people actually convert into a religion. Atheism is the only belief system that is actually taking people OUT of other belief systems as true converts! Why is this happening? Because religions - all religions have acquired a pathetic or even - evil reputation.
