Mortgage lenders are the scum of the earth. They've gone from being companies who once helped people realize their dreams, to greedy, callous shitbags who prey on consumers and take the first opportunity to foreclose on people who are hard hit by an economic crisis which they caused.
Huge lending companies sell and trade mortgages like baseball cards... so clerical screw-ups like this one are not uncommon. I hope this couple sues Wells Fargo for every penny they can get.... but they seem too More..

I can't imagine losing all my stuff. So many things so special and meaningful. That "fresh start" isn't something an old couple needs.
What do they do with stuff? It doesn't just disappear. I'd target getting the bank people to wander through the dump to help find the stuff, as a starter.
