MTV Joins EU to Push Climate Change Propaganda

July 15, 2009 The globalist European Union has teamed up with MTV, the music television networked owned by transnational corporate leviathan Viacom, to push the climate change fraud on the young and unsuspecting.
EU Environment Commissioner Stavros Dimas says todays youth will bear the brunt of climate change, including rising temperatures and sea-levels, the Associated Press reports. The music channel will also hold special climate change concerts in Stockholm, Budapest and Copenhagen in the run-up to the U.N. conference, which starts Dec. 7.
The slick propaganda campaign arrives a few days after the G8 meeting in LAquila, Italy. In addition to discussions on how to use the banker created economic crisis to formulate global governance, i.e., global government, the G8 discussed climate change. G8 leaders agreed on new targets to limit so-called greenhouse gas emissions and try to limit global warming to just two degrees centigrade above pre-industrial levels. The plan will usher in crushing serfdom planned for humanity by the global elite. The G8 once again proposed world government to deal with so-called climate change.
The EUs objective is to ensure that global average temperature does not increase more than 2°C above pre-industrial levels. To avoid this, global emissions of greenhouse gases must peak before 2020 and then greatly decrease by 2050, the Play to Stop Europe for Climate site hosted by MTV states.

PROPAGANDA
In the hands of the ruling class, propaganda has always been based on distortion and lies. The capitalist class has from its beginning waged an enormous and long-standing war against ideas other than those it propagates in its own interest. These have been designed to confuse and control so the class in power can dominate and exploit the rest of us.
Used in the interest of humanity for the transformation of society, propaganda spreads and teaches truth. As with any other tool, the difference is in who is using it and for what purpose and in whose interest.
In it’s most neutral sense, propaganda means to "disseminate or promote particular ideas". Organized mass persuasion with covert intent and poor or non-existent reasoning. Propaganda represents the work of large organizations or groups to win over the public for "special interests" through a massive orchestration of attractive conclusions packaged to conceal both their persuasive purpose and lack of sound supporting reasons.
A few hallmarks or indicators of propaganda are ;
(A) Controlling the media as a source of information distribution
(B) Presenting distorted information from what appears to be a credible source.
C) Suppression of minority opinion to maintain an appearance of a strong base support. Propagandist’s information will be disseminated whereas opposing sources are likely to be suppressed, dismissed, or even outright ignored.
(D) Withholding vital information
(E) Manipulation of fear and emotions
Propaganda deliberately and systematically seeks to achieve a response that furthers the interest and desired intent of the propagandist. The successful propagandist is able to discern the basic beliefs, needs or FEARS of the audience and play upon those.
Is it propaganda or persuasion? What is the difference? Persuasion is based on "debate, discussion, and careful consideration of options" to discover "better solutions for complex problems", whereas "propaganda results in the manipulation of facts and leaves no room for debate. Propaganda seeks to achieve a specific response, reaction, or action from it’s audience that "furthers the desired intent of the propagandist." Do not be fooled. A good propagandist campaign will lead the audience to believe that they have the audiences interests at heart, but in fact, the propagandists’ motives are selfish ones. They are unconcerned whether their ideologies are effective or even what’s best for the audience or society as long as their own objectives are met. One must always look at the "end result" un-objectively and without emotion as manipulation of emotion and fear are well known tactics of propaganda campaigns.
