  • people living in a state of denial always come up with some reasonable explanation for all the things that have been happening lately, in fact for many of us the affairs of the world hardly seem to effect us personally ..yet. But if you clue in a bit on some of these events and put them together, it's pretty clear that the dollar will most likely crash and these are steps that will give the gov the control they want for when that happens.

  • I like the way the paranoid try and make something ominous out of everything. the government already had this power. This is an amendment of an act passed in 1950. It has also been amended in '75' by Ford and again in '84' by Reagan. Basically this clarifies who has authority to authorize payment for certain products and service restricts certain secretaries from other actions and gives authority to put defense contract in front of civilian contracts.
