My GF and I had some rare time without her kids, so we decided to make the best of it. She set a nice table with candles and all, outside. I was surprised when looking at the video that the asperagus looked overcooked, but it wasn't; it was nice and crispy.

OK, I'm bracing myself for the comments on the rib-eye! Every once in a while (like when the kids aren't around, we will make some sort of topping for rib-eye. Today it was crumbled Danish Bleu Cheese. Criticize us all you want, but don't knock it if you've never tried it!
