U.S. Army 2nd Lt. taking fire from a 82mm mortar attack by the Taliban on a Afghan National Army base called Camp Joyce. The smoke in the video is the round that impacted right when the video started. U.S. Marines are returning fire to the ridgline with Mk19 Grenade Launcher and M2 .50Cal HMG.
